This position within CVS Health s Digital Communications Center of Excellence plays a key role in further shaping and advancing CVS Health s social communications and thought leadership efforts, as well as that of its business units: Aetna, CVS PBM and CVS Retail. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital and Social Communications, , this is a highly visible and collaborative position. Working closely with Enterprise Communications leads and other business partners (Digital, Transformation, Retail, PBM, Aetna, Finance, HR)you will help them achieve their communications goals by creating innovative digital content and engagement plans to help engage varied audiences with Aetna s story. You will act as an adviser to communicators and marketers within CVS Health s business units and provide them guidance for their social thought leadership work, and connect the teams to each other. You will also play a key role in our communications campaigns, providing strategic and innovative suggestions to our campaign content teams.
You should be a social media and communications pro, well versed in applying analytics and metrics to communications plans, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and working across teams in a matrixed organization. You have proven yourself capable of exerting influence on others without direct management responsibility – a true team player who thrives on regular interaction with team members across the organization. You have a deep understanding of social content, and how to apply it to different audiences and use it to achieve communications goals.
This position will be based in our New York City office.
