Highly visible role within the Partner Product Management's Springboard Marketplace Readiness Team. Responsible for supporting all business activities related to programs/projects supporting integration, market implementations, and other various business initiatives in support of the sales and renewal processes on Springboard Market Place, a quoting, enrollment, renewal and benefit administration tool.
This role supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. Leverages in-depth knowledge and understanding of products across functions and market segments in directing the development and implementation of new product initiatives, including product enhancements.
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources. Strong negotiation skills. Experience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program. Proven project management skills. Experience in business case development and maturation of products through specified launch gates.
6+ years of related industry experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
