Aetna Medicare Advantage Field Sales Representative in Sunrise, Florida

Motivated self-starting individual to sell Medicare HMO and PPO plans. We are looking for individual who can cultivate and maintain relationship with Aetna/Coventry customer external business partners and others within the community.

Fundamental Components:

Medicare sales agent to sale our MAPD plans and PPO plan to Medicare Eligible prospects. Need to have experience selling Medicare products. Individual will be responsible for increasing the volume of Medicare health plans sold to individual consumers within a respective territory utilizing consultative selling skills.


2-15 or 2-40 License required

AHIP for 2018 required

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare Advantage Sales Field experience required

85% minimum travel required

Bilingual - English/Spanish or Creole desired

Strong ability to build provider and community partnerships

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficient in Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook & Mobile Applications (Word, IPad navigation a must, Outlook)

High level of self-motivation; Strong ability to accomplish goals independently

Self-generate sales leads from grassroots activities and various community engagement initiatives.

Strong Presentation Skills- Conduct individual and group presentations to promote brand awareness.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.


Insurance/Life, Health and Variable Annuity License is desired


Functional - Marketing/Sales support/1-3 Years


Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/
