POSITION SUMMARY

Motivated self-starting individual to sell Medicare HMO, PPO and POS Plans. We are looking for individuals who can cultivate and maintain relationships with Aetna/Coventry customers, external business partners and others within the community.

Fundamental Components:

Medicare sales agents to sale our MAPD plans to Medicare eligible prospects. need to have experience selling Medicare products. Individuals will be responsible for increasing the volume of Medicare Health Plans sold to individuals consumers within a respective territory utilizing consultative selling skills. As a visible emissary of direct pay Medicare Advantage Plans programs, incumbent professionally represent the organization and its offerings

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE required:

One to three years of experience selling Medicare Advantage products, 85% driving required, Life and Health insurance license.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Marketing/Sales support/1-3 Years

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User
