POSITION SUMMARY

Develops relationships with various internal & external partners to achieve client satisfaction & profitable growth. Works in close partnership with Sales & Client Solutions on complex operational issues and opportunities. This role works directly with the client on proactive operational support.

Fundamental Components:

Achieves retention targets and customer satisfaction levels.

Provides proactive operational support and guidance to clients.

Spends time face-to-face with clients when appropriate and necessary, professionally representing Meritain Health in the marketplace.

Identifies at risk accounts and collaborates with management to set and execute a strategy to minimize loss.

Champions department position while acting as an advocate for Producers and Plan Sponsors

Proactively partners with other operational departments on operational trends and implements solutions.

Mentors staff and provides leadership support.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

5+ years account management or plan sponsor industry experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
