POSITION SUMMARY

Support the Network team by managing incoming work by logging in access database. Maintain and create other network databases to increase efficiency and management of incoming items to the Network team.

Fundamental Components:

Manage and maintain access database for all incoming work so that inventory information available for reporting

Opens, sorts, and distributes mail

Screens incoming telephone calls, provides information and assistance as required and connects caller with desired party(*)

Responsible for outgoing mail

May manage fax operations for unit(*)

May prepare routine correspondences

Operates and maintains various office equipment(*)

Maintains office files and records in accordance with internal procedures(*)

Provides training on phone usage

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
