An individual who has working knowledge of provider financial issues, complex contracting options, financial/contracting arrangements and regulatory requirements. The Senior Network Manager position will be joining a welcoming, fast paced, friendly and knowledgeable team providing the opportunity to have a leadership and external facing position with large healthcare systems in the Maine and New Hampshire markets. The Senior Network Manager is responsible for complex healthcare systems contracting in the Commercial and Medicare healthcare industry, advancing the relationships of these complex healthcare system and working closely with the system to insure improved performance and quality of care outcomes for these systems.

Fundamental Components:· Subject matter expert in negotiations, contract drafting· Expert understanding of legal language· Subject matter expert of industry standards and Bureau of Insurance compliance issues in strategic contracting at the complex level· Able to understand performance and outcomes of healthcare systems deliverables· Expert level skills in financial analysis of provider results· Demonstrates the ability to advance collaborative relationships at the executive levelBACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:· Outstanding communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills· 7+ years related experience and expert level negotiation skills with successful track record negotiating contracts with large or complex provider systems· Proven working knowledge of provider financial issues and competitor strategies, complex contracting options, financial/contracting arrangements and regulatory requirementsEDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
