CareFree Insurance Services, is hiring a Manager, Medicare Sales to support our growing and thriving Medicare Sales Organization. Full products will include Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Prescription Drug, Individual Insurance, Long Term Care, Home Health Care, Life Insurance and Final Expense.

This opportunity will over see a robust Medicare sales team/ sales agents and will develop a national agent count of 5,000 nationwide while bringing on approximately 2,000 agents annually.

Fundamental Components:

(*) Call Center based staff management

(*) Successfully recruits top sales agents into our organization on a consistent basis

(*) Knowledge of sales cycle (open to close), successful recruiting, hiring and training

(*) Promote and develop call center sales best practices, policies and procedures

(*) Knowledge of Compliance as it relates to Medicare to facilitate governance of operations and services

(*) Work with leadership and team to exceed business expectations for sales goals

(*) Execute sales campaign strategies that support the desired end results of the enterprise.

(*) Builds successful relationships with (producers, plan sponsors, brokers, agents and customers)

(*) Works effectively cross functionally internally with other key departments

(*) Oversees communication and planning among key stakeholders that ultimately results in the delivery of key sales objectives


(*) Must already have Insurance/Life, health, Accident and Disability

(*) History of call center management experience (Medicare Sales Preferred)

(*) 5-10 years sales experience preferably in the healthcare industry

(*) 1-2 years sales management experience

(*) Multiple years of proven experience in recruiting sales agents.

(*) Successful proven track record pertaining to business decisions.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


(*) Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is a MUST

This is a remote position, but preference is that the candidate is located in the Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ or Seattle, WA metro areas.
