This position will improve the customer experience through analytics project management, cx program performance measurement, and providing actionable optimization recommendations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing the Office of the Consumer financials, which involves overseeing and leading our budgeting and forecasting with the key leads throughout the organization and our finance counterparts.
Consumer Experience (CX) Business Project Program Manager
Responsible for managing the Office of the Consumer financials, which involves overseeing and leading our budgeting and forecasting with the key leads throughout the organization and our finance counterparts.
Perform return on investment and value analysis on potential consumer experience initiatives and programs.
Manage project timelines and deliverables of the performance analytics team helping to prioritize workload
Manage key vendor relationships and contracts critical to support our analytical tools and capabilities.
Ensure integrity of our data and metrics by developing a data reconciliation strategy and utilizing existing business data sets/reports as the benchmark
Lead targeted call-study analysis to identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience and help inform consumer experience programs.
Utilize call, web, claim, and other available data to track success of consumer experience programs and campaigns.
Provide actionable optimization recommendations to increase program engagement and improve program behavior.
Engage with partner organizations to support our financial deliverables, experience and program dashboards and meet our advanced analytical needs.
Experience managing project timelines for cross-functional teams.
Proficient understanding of warehousing structure, query languages.
Experience in 2+ of the following: Hadoop, MySQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Excel VBA/Macros, and Jira.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Experience in campaign measurement.
3-5 years of experience providing actionable recommendations based on data.
Experience in large and complex data environments a +.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
