Accountable for the strategy development and implementation related to their aligned Territory/Markets, Segments, and functions working closely with Marketing Director. Demonstrates high leadership competency. More Strategic and less tactical in nature. Creates and executes plans on a regional and/or national level, across multiple touch points.

Fundamental Components:

  • Develops the business/local market strategy and tactical operating plans working with the management team

  • Directs the implementation of marketing strategies and plans

  • Oversees all enrollment activity

  • Directs, monitors and coaches staff on internal customer promotions and communications activities

  • Develops, executes and monitors the integrated marketing strategy and supporting activities

  • Direct market research/competitive intelligence activities and determine how information impacts strategy development

  • Direct data management and analysis activities as they relate to sales and marketing activities


  • 7+ years related work experience.

  • 3-7+ years of experience as SME

  • Language skills are a plus

  • Education and Certification Requirements

  • College Degree in Business or Marketing expected


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
