Job Description

Job responsibilities will include providing input to the strategic business plan enabling the National Account segment to achieve business objectives related to Manual Plan Set Up and claim quality. Managing and fostering key, critical relationships with other business areas such as sales and marketing, PSS, and most importantly the National Account claim sites. The Regional Liaison will be responsible for supporting their region with customer specific issues and actively participating in activities such as new business implementation as well as pre-implementation audits. The Regional Liaison will also be responsible for managing specific projects that have impact across the segment.

Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:

  • The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills which can be identified in his/her communications, organizational knowledge, organizational skills and resource management.

  • A broad solid knowledge of Aetna products is required.

  • Ability to track progress and communicate on a project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.

  • Demonstrated ability to present in an individual or group setting including customer meetings.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with business partners.

  • A critical component for success will be the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and develop new and innovative workflows to insure the NA ACAS MPSU team is able to meet and exceed expectations.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in conjunction with other business experts to support strategic direction of the overall enterprise and to represent the segment on national workgroups.

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

  • Extensive technical experience supporting Plan Sponsor Services functions with Knowledge of Aetna systems supporting those services.

  • 3-5 years recent and related experience required.

  • Experience with ACAS claim processing, ACAS Plan Testing or prior ACAS Plan Setup experience preferred
