As a SR account manager you will provide the highest level of service and retention strategies on sophisticated, large membership customers. This role will be highly visible internally and externally with accountability for not only renewal but growth.

Fundamental Components:

This role will require strategic thinking and planning to ensure the value Aetna delivers to plan sponsors and members is clear and well communicated. A successful candidate will have a passion for matching business needs with product solutions as well as ensuring the strongest member experience for each and every customer.


Strong organization skills, knowledge of Medicare, Strong communication skills and problem solving


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Texas is the preferred home state, however this role can sit almost anywhere in the west territory with access to a major airport.
