POSITION SUMMARY

This candidate shall manage a staff of employees that processes pended claims. Candidate will also conduct employee reviews and make compensation recommendations.

Fundamental Components:

Candidate will assign work to maintain pended claim levels. Candidate will conduct monthly 1 on 1's with their staff. Candidate will issues performance ratings, that will directly relate to bonuses and pay increases

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

2 years leading claim/customer service team.

Experience with claim/call center environment.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
