Senior Project Manager responsible for leading implementation for Medical Management for expansion of existing and / or new clinical cost savings initiatives. Involves working with key stakeholders at the health plan and within shared services.

Fundamental Components:

Senior Project Manager responsible for leading implementation for Medical Management clinical cost savings initiatives (scorable action items (SAIs) for existing and / or new health plans.) Involves working with key stakeholders at the health plan and within shared services. Ability to identify and execute risk mitigation strategies, develop strategy to execute specific components for Medicaid cost savings initiatives requirements and design a work plan to facilitate and track key milestones to ensure a successful SAI implementation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must for this role.


Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

Past experience includes development of budgets.

Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team.

Proven communication skills both written and verbal.

Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills.

Supervisory experience preferred.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
