POSITION SUMMARY

Manages Sales Distribution for Philadelphia territory. Will work with captive, street level agents and agency principals / managers. Works with leadership to insure desired results are achieved in the field. Will work with local market reps in the area and other sales leadership.

Telework will be considered but the candidate must reside in Philadelphia or near Philadelphia area.

Fundamental Components:

Oversee agent production in the local markets. Work with agency managers to maintain static work flow for their agents. Assist CareFree leadership in disseminating information to local agencies and markets. Work hand-in-hand with Contact Specialist in lead management. Work closely with marketing staff to maintain constant lead flows.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

(*) 5-10 years experience in selling MAPD's and Medicare Supplements.

(*) 5+ years sales experience.

(*) Experience managing others.

(*) Experience in carrier contracting for MAPD's and Medicare Supplements.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
