Aetna Medicare Advantage Sales – Dual Eligible Special Needs in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This is a Field Sales Representative (FSR) position with focus on selling a new Dual Eligible Special Needs (DSNP) plan in the Philadelphia Region. The ideal candidate will have experience selling a DSNP product.
This is a key position in helping the Individual Medicare team generate new, profitable membership, establishing brand presence and product awareness in the Southeastern portion of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Submarket). The primary sales focus is representing the Aetna Medicare Advantage product portfolio.
Community Engagement/Community Relations with Centers of Influence
Collaboration with Medicaid segment
Responsible for in-home presentations and group presentations to the Medicare population. Builds a book of business from in-home presentations, group presentations, educational based events and senior community event representation. Responsible for meeting sales goals, quotas, and management objectives based upon sales and marketing goals. Majority of time is spent external to place of business, on outside sales related to (retaining and/or renewing) Medicare beneficiary membership.
Experience selling DSNP plans
Previous Sales experience
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
