POSITION SUMMARY

Will work directly with members via phone. This will include going to face to face visits with members.

Fundamental Components:

This job allows you to problem solve and resolve member issues.

You will gain excellent experience in the healthcare field.

You are able to have some flexibility with the possibility to work from home.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

Managed Care experience preferred

Case management and discharge planning experience preferred

2+ years experience in behavioral health, social services or appropriate related field equivalent to program focus

1+ years of Disease Management experience preferred

1+ years Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred

Must have valid drivers license and insurance and feel comfortable meeting members face to face

EDUCATION

The highest level of education for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Healthcare Management/Consumer Health Services is preferred

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Clinical / Medical/Disease management/1-3 Years

Functional - Customer Service/Call center monitoring & analysis - Inbound calls - call center location/1-3 Years
