POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for new and existing customers of PayFlex's products and services. Partners with all key stakeholders to project manage and proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded.

Fundamental Components:

-Acts as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation; Mediates and coordinates resolution of all project deliverables and implementation related issues.

-Develops and executes implementation strategy consistent with customer expectations. Responsible for ensuring project scope of services are accurately implemented and in place for ongoing administration in accordance with all performance guarantee arrangements.

-Create, manage and track detailed project plan(s) and issue log(s) outlining required actions, party responsible and assigned target dates associated with the delivery of the services and projects. This includes management of target dates, issue identification, contingency planning and direction of applicable team members.

-Identify problems and establish procedures to ensure that they do not recur.

-Track and report project progress, status and performance.

-Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on a broad view of the organization; contributes to development of new or updated implementation tools, resources, and materials.

-Participates in customer finalist meetings representing the capabilities of the organizations implementation services process.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

-2 years in depth knowledge of PayFlex products, services and system capabilities, including HSA, FSA, HRA, Commuter, COBRA and Direct Billing administration.

-Lead, direct and execute high & low profile projects from conception through implementation.

-Experience interacting with various levels of the organization to effectively achieve optimal results.

-Demonstrated skills in speaking, listening, & presenting to internal and external clients in person and by phone.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
