Aetna Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate in New Albany, Ohio

The Inb/Outb Queue Assoc will work in a phone que receiving phone calls from providers and building authorizations. They will check members eligibility for coverage, services already received,work with CPT codes, HCPCS , diagnosis codes and create cases.

Fundamental Components:

  • Utilize computer skills heavily throughout the day, working on multiple monitors.

-Multitask while on and off the phone efficiently

-Be professional and courteous while talking with providers

-Quick learner, able to adapt to new changes


2-4 years experience as a medical assistant, office assistant or other clinical experience.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

Work hours vary from 8:00am -8:00 pm Mon- Friday .Weekday evening hours until 8 pm required at times throughout the work schedule. Rotating weekends 8-4:30.
