This role is office based in New Albany, OH
This is a Worklife Supervisor position to supervise the A1A Wellbeing Advocate staff. This position will be onsite in New Albany, OH.
Fundamental components include but are not limited to:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of EAP and /or Worklife, A1A Support Personnel.
Recruits and rewards staff, set performance expectations, and assess, monitor and counsel staff regarding individual performance.
Manages the daily activity of the team to ensure client commitments and performance expectations are achieved.
This position may perform job requirements as described in the Worklife Consultant or Customer Support Associate job descriptions dependent on staffing needs.
Coordinates quality improvement activities under the direction of EAP quality leadership.
Oversees compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
3 years minimum of experience in a social, psychological or human service field providing client support is required
1-2 years of experience in EAP or BH is preferred
Call Center experience is preferred
Previous management experience is preferred
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
