Payflex is seeking a national account sales representative for the Central region. Candidate must be able to prospect into both new and existing clients.

Fundamental Components:

  • Candidate will spend approximately 75% of their initial time prospecting and building and solidifying channel partners.

  • As pipeline grows candidate will manage the pipeline and take ownership of all RFP's.

  • Candidate must be able to work a sales cycle from beginning to close.

  • Candidate should be a quick learner who requires little direction - a self starter.

  • Candidate must be willing to travel throughout the central region when needed

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • Perseverance

  • Hungry

  • Driven

  • 4+ years of Sales experience

  • Proven track record of sales success, especially selling services

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
