Responsible for the sales of Aetna Medicare Advantage products through various channels in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

Fundamental Components:

Responsible for the sales of Aetna Medicare Advantage products through the broker channel. - Prospect for, evaluates & identifies brokers to sell Medicare products. - Proactively builds & maintains positive broker relationships. - Administers broker licensing, training, testing & recertification through face-to-face individual meetings, group meetings & web-based resources. - Monitors compliance with state, federal & health plan regulatory requirements. - Responsible for administration & tracking of all broker activities. - Manages lead programs. - Coordinate response to broker related complaints. - Investigates, documents and retrain brokers when necessary. - Performs other duties as required.


Minimum 1-3 years sales and/or broker sales experience required, preferably Medicare Sales.

Ability to prepare and execute a basic business plan.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Position requires Health & Life License and AHIP Certification within 3 months of date of hire.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
