POSITION SUMMARY

This is a Medicare Direct Sales to Medicare Beneficiaries which is done by conducting group, individual and well as in-home sales presentation to prospective members. This position also required conducting community outreach and attending Medicare Marketing activities assigned by the company.

Fundamental Components:

This position requires a Life Health Insurance License fro the State of Florida. This is Direct Sales of Medicare Products and the prospective candidate must conduct group, individual and in-home sales presentation . The candidate will be required to participate in Medicare Marketing activities sponsored by the company as well as creating or generating his/her own marketing activities to get enrollment's leads.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

2-15 or 2-40 License required

AHIP for 2018 required

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare Advantage Sales Field experience required

85% minimum travel required

Bilingual - English/Spanish or Creole desired

Strong ability to build provider and community partnerships

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficient in Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook & Mobile Applications (Word, iPad navigation a must, Outlook)

High level of self-motivation; Strong ability to accomplish goals independently

Self-generate sales leads from grassroots activities and various community engagement initiatives.

Strong Presentation Skills- Conduct individual and group presentations to promote brand awareness.

Candidate must be available to trainings as required from company and assigned by manager.

Candidate must pass the Ready to Sales Requirements, AHIP and all Aetna Requirements.

Candidate must participate in company sponsored marketing activities and conduct outreach on his/her community to generate leads.

Candidate must be willing to travel to other counties or cities to get sales and run leads assigned by corporate.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Life, Health and Variable Annuity License is required.
