The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of healthcare management staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our members. Accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.
The Clinical Supervisor role includes (but is not limited to): Overseeing the implementation of healthcare management services for assigned functional area Implementing clinical policies & procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g. NCQA, URAC, state and Federal standards and mandates as applicable) Serving as a content model expert and mentor to the team regarding practice standards, quality of interventions, problem resolution and critical thinking Ensuring implementation and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address the member's needs across the continuum of care Developing, initiating, monitoring and communicating performance expectations Consistently demonstrating the ability to serve as an model change agent and lead change efforts Creating a positive work environment by acknowledging team contributions, soliciting input, and offering personal assistance, when needed Being accountable for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and implements them at the employee level Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. Evening shift coverage rotation as well as Saturday coverage online/on-call 1-2 times a month.
A RN license is required (BSN preferred)
3-5+ years in clinical area of expertise; Required
Computer literacy and experience familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications; Required
Current or Previous experience in a Leadership Position; Required
Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Flexible telework / office-based schedule (can live near any office location) at minimum 2-5 office days per week depending on experience and after a certain period of employment.
