Responsible for the daily supervision of the sales operations administration staff to provide effective and high quality processes, product training programs and materials.

Fundamental Components:

  • Provides oversight and direction to the sales operations administration and training staff; plans, staffs and organizes timely coordination of goals and projects; provides appropriate and effective training programs and materials for all sales departments.

  • Oversees the design, development and maintenance of sales-related product training programs and materials, and the maintenance of current reference manuals.

  • Assists with the organization of all activities related to sales operations, involving department staff in all locations; performs ongoing monitoring to ensure the desired results are attained.

  • Organizes and directs all activities related to RFP processes and procedures

  • Evaluates and monitors new training materials and techniques; makes recommendations to senior management for those that meet company needs.

  • Recruits, develops, and motivates staff; initiates and communicates a variety of personnel actions including employment, termination, performance reviews, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions.

  • Manages team work load and RFP assignments appropriately

  • Works closely with the sales team to ensure efficient processes and communications are in place

  • Manages updates to the PMAPs database and pricing tables, as needed

  • Completes monthly data analysis of RFP volume and shares with senior management

  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Minimum of 3 years recent and related sales administration experience required.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
