POSITION SUMMARY

Joint Venture Operations is a fast-paced, high growth division of Aetna. The department builds partnerships with provider organizations through innovative insurance reimbursement models and redesigned care delivery programs and technology solutions focused on population health management. We are redefining how payers and providers work together and achieving the triple aims of improved patient experience, improved quality of care, and lower cost of care per capita.

This role will be responsible for driving implementation of member marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns for our joint ventures.

Fundamental Components:

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Implements member marketing programs and plans to support business objectives and joint venture goals.

Acts as an advisor and uses marketing skills to contribute to the development of strategic company objectives.

Utilizes data and analysis to develop and support segmentation and targeting strategies that drive customer behavior.

Supports integrated planning and Omni-channel campaigns that result in consistent customer experiences.

Provides thought leadership and direction for marketing solutions.

Collaborates with internal and external business partners to align on the strategy and ensure coordinated execution.

Provides project management support including development of workflows, project plans, issues/risks logs, and dashboards; tracking progress and communicates project status on a regular basis; actively reporting to all impacted parties and resolving issues

Provides accurate, timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc requests

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field.

Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles.

B2B and/or B2C experience.

Experience in program, project, and vendor management.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
