(*) Assists in the development of enterprise and business unit strategic plans.
(*) Works on cross-enterprise initiatives focused on sales enablement and product innovation as assigned.
(*) Responsible for providing analysis, guidance and direction within areas of expertise.
(*) Develops relationships with external consultants and cross-functional team members as required in support of initiatives.
(*) Addresses problems of a short to mid-term nature with limited supervision and develops capacity to address longer-term issues.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
(*) Leads formulation, preparation and communication of strategic/operational business and supports sales growth.
(*) Conducts research associated with Medicare business issues and market landscape to grow and retain customers.
(*) Monitors and reports on performance relative to customers and stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction.
(*) Develops communication vehicles (e.g., presentations, analytics).
(*) Ensures consistent, efficient and cost effective processes, procedures and appropriate accountability.
(*) Manages special projects that impact entire organization and effectively manages organization's resources and coordinates work across various internal teams.
Applicants with a background in either sales, marketing, data analytics or consulting would be excellent candidates for this position.
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
(*) Demonstrated relationship management skills at peer levels within an organization and external constituents.
(*) Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives.
(*) Familiarity with using data and analytics to drive business insights and support customer needs.
(*) Experience with small or mid-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate degree of complexity.
(*) 5+ years of experience and technical/functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, mergers and acquisitions, operations management and/or marketing.
(*) Familiar with customer retention strategies, marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
(*) Ability to work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders as needed.
(*) Provide guidance and support to junior staff as needed.
(*) Masters degree preferred, but not required.

Familiar with Microsoft office tools. Familiar with using tableau reports, excel and PPT for developing communication strategies
