POSITION SUMMARY

Create digital marketing communication materials to support PayFlex's vision, strategy and goals, and to favorably position PayFlex alongside Aetna as well as separately.

Fundamental Components:

In this position, you would consult and brainstorm with clients and business partners on appropriate print and digital visual design solutions. You'd bring PayFlex's vision and story to life to drive sales, client retention, member adoption and engagement. Were looking for team player that is a visionary, creative, possesses solid time management, project management and organizational skills.

High level responsibilities:

  • Support digital needs for marketing campaigns, member awareness, education, and adoption -- videos, demos, visual designs, infographics, email templates and related digital assets

  • Manage and support social assets, including YouTube, facebook and LinkedIn images for posts

  • Manage CMS (AEM) for PayFlexs public, thought leadership microsite and custom member sites

  • Keep all digital assets current and accessible via Highspot

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 3-5 years of experience with content management tools.

  • Proficient in MS-Office.

  • Experience with using web management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Media Encoder, AEM, Orchard CMS, Brainshark, PowerPoint

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
