Candidate will be involved in the overall coordination and support for a variety of department operational needs and will act as the primary resource in specific areas of expertise for sales support in achieving key performance measures.
Overall coordination and support of a variety of department operation needs
Reporting/update activities within the department workflow and activity tracking database
Oversight of specific RFP submission inboxes to ensure requests are complete and distributed to appropriate work teams - Daily interaction with sales support team and key business partners on various core tasks related to RFP work
Business Continuity plan updates - RFP response production and mailing activities
Candidate should possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, be self-motivated and able to operate independently.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment is also required.
A technical skillset is desired as the candidate will work with various applications/databases.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are important as the role will involve a high level of interaction with the broader team and others outside of the department.
Strong computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are essential.
Aetna or healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
