position supports the Group Medicare team with current group renewal business and all implementation and open enrollment activities.

Fundamental Components:

  • Supports Group Medicare account team servicing for assigned group medicare customers

  • Dynamic role with customers and members

  • Support all implementation activities to enroll a new customer and open enrollment activities for new members


  • Ability to handle multiple project for a team of Account Directors and Account Managers

  • Master renewals tools, MPDT, Archer and salesforce

  • Ability to use Quickbase applications

  • Career Mobility

  • Travel required


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
