The Marketing Manager, Distribution Partner Marketing assists in the development of Distribution Partner marketing strategies and go-to-market plans and manages the execution of these plans for Strategic Distribution Partners and aligned business segments and markets to drive member acquisition, retention and growth. Works with various business and marketing partners to create and execute plans on a regional and/or national level, across multiple touch points.

Fundamental Components:

Assists in the development of overall marketing strategy, as well as program-specific marketing plans and strategies, including Exchanges, eCommerce, Product Marketing and Distribution Partner and Influencer Meetings and Events. Manages the execution of plans and projects.

Partners with various marketing partners to develop and deploy strategic market solutions that help the business achieve their goals, ensuring all work is on strategy and meeting client expectations.

Partners with the Agency and other marketing partners/COEs to create marketing communications materials that support business plans. Contributes to the content development by helping set content strategy, including positioning, messaging, key benefits, competitive differentiators and value proposition.

Works specifically with Product Marketing and Content Management teams to ensure alignment of messaging, plans and strategies.

Develops and manages Distribution Partner Highspot content and spot; provides consultation on Distribution Partner content on AetNet, if needed.

Creates and deploys various communications and manages internal content.

Works with team lead to help direct market research/competitive intelligence activities and determine how information impacts strategy development.

Works with team lead to help direct data management and analysis activities as they relate to sales and marketing activities.

7+ years related work experience.

3-7+ years of experience as SME


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
