PayFlex is developing a company-wide learning organization. As our business grows & changes we will support our employees through that growth. The PayFlex Learning Team will take on this charge. The team will partner with each business organization to plan, develop, and deliver training programs that are critical to our success.
PayFlex supports nearly three million members representing diverse industries, large and small, across the country. Our primary business since 1987 has been providing health care financial accounts services to plan sponsors and members. Over the last decade, we ve strongly aligned with a major health plan to better understand the end to end consumer-directed experience. This has brought us a deeper understanding of our plan sponsor and members health care finance needs. Candidates will be expected to:· Develop the organizational structure to ensure that the charter of the team is aligned to business objectives· Establish collaborative relationship with business partners across PayFlex & Aetna· Communicate simply, with purpose, and a sense of urgency· Strives to have their customer (learner) at the center of all they do
Fundamental Components:· Provide organization development consulting in areas of training, change management, and performance to support PayFlex in achieving business results.· Provide business consulting on most significant PayFlex priorities to strengthen performance and business results.· Lead team through the development of an onboarding program for all PayFlex employees.· Lead team through the development of a training program for all employees specific to Agile methodology.· Leads communication for all company-wide training. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:· 5+ years of experience in an Organizational Development role designing curriculums and training programs.· Experience in working with and influencing senior business leaders; demonstrated effective problem solving and decision making skills.· Supervisory experience. EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
