The Lead Business Consultant for Markets and National Accounts will: -Drive a culture of continuous improvement -Build continuous improvement as a core competency -Enable the business partner to deliver on commitments

Fundamental Components:

The Lead Business Consultant will develop a deep relationship with business partner(s) that will enable: -Identification of a business or process issue -Develop solutions to those issues working with business partner -Drive implementation plan with business partner -Coach and mentor business partners in the use of the Lean business system, system tools, Lean behaviors and metrics/measurement systems -Identify change agents in the business, mentor, coach and encourage those change agents to develop continuous improvement skills including Green belt and Black belt designations


8 - 12+ years experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, strategic business planning. Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity. Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations. Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience. Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, strategic planning. Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

Green or Black Belt designation desired. Strong Communication skills. Strong Influencing skills. Coaching and mentoring capabilities. Strong complex problem solving skills. Commercial Healthcare Business experience.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Project Management/Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt is desired

Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired
