Provide professional and reliable customer service in support of the $3 billion Single Premium pension benefit business by effectively administering guaranteed product and benefit payment services for an assigned caseload.

Fundamental Components:

-Utilize strong technology skills to proactively deliver cost-effective service to clients of Aetna's retirement and investment products.

-Manage daily customer service inquiries, process participant transactions and maintain positive client relations.

-Reconcile, research and analyze data in order to resolve issues.

-Comply with all audit and control requirements adhering to established department guidelines and guarantee privacy of personal information.


Interested candidates should have:

  • solid analytical, problem solving and direction setting ability

  • strong customer service focus

  • proven math aptitude

  • proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, ACCESS)

  • solid communication skills


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
