Fundamental Components:

Responsible for the successful delivery of analyses and analytic solutions to meet business needs, interacting directly with internal and external clients and colleagues. May act as analytic team lead or mentor for complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks in support of company objectives. Perform applied statistical research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data. Interprets results. Make recommendations based on analytic findings to business areas. Make recommendations about data collection methods, metrics definition and evaluation methods. Present analytic reports to clients and stakeholders. Define and deliver analytical solutions in support of healthcare business initiatives that drive short and long term objectives. Design and conduct analyses and outcome studies using a variety of data, including healthcare claims, pharmacy, lab, provider and internal operational data, employing appropriate research designs and statistical methods.


Masters degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or closely related.

Minimum two years of business intelligence analysis experience either in role offered or as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Developer. Must have at least two years of experience in gathering requirements / analysis; developing dashboards and reports; and designing and deploying data visualization. Experience must include the following tools/technologies: Tableau; Unix; Visual Studio 2010; and MS Office, including Excel.
