Aetna Implementation Analyst/Helpdesk support in Hartford, Connecticut

Highly visible role within the Product and Partner Management organization's Springboard Marketplace Enablement Team responsible for supporting all of the business activities related to market implementations on bswift- a quoting, open enrollment, benefit administration, reporting and renewal tool.

Fundamental Components:

Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a positive broker, employer and employee experience - Partner with multiple Aetna areas/teams to come to joint resolutions. Ability to review a situation and respond timely and accurately - Skilled in using tools to track calls and resolutions - May include system testing and training - All other duties as assigned.


Must have a Bachelor's degree along w/ 3 - 5 years of prior experience

Attention to detail along with strong organization skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work collaboratively across the organization

Proven verbal and written communication skills

Prior Small Group knowledge is highly desired

Excellent customer service skills are required

Experience with SMART or MEA is preferred

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
