What are the goals Within the Human Resources (HR) organization summer associates will learn various aspects of our HR organization with exposure to, and involvement with diverse work assignments and projects. What you will do You will enjoy a personalized approach to development, creating the foundation for your short and long-term success. You may work in business areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relations, etc. You will develop through compelling and challenging work, networking, and exposure to senior leadership. What you need Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong project management skills An ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously An ability to listen, and strong interpersonal skills You are eligible if you Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related major Have a 3.0+ major GPA (preferred) Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2019 - June 2020 Have a willingness to relocate (if applicable) Have an interest in a full-time position within the HRLDP upon graduation What we do Aetna is about more than just doing a job.
