POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for implementing and supporting all technology platforms (potentially including but not limited to Archer, Tableau, Prevalent, and others) that support the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Program. The analyst will suppport technology roll-out for the ETPRM program and provide day-to-day support for the platforms upon completion. This position will report into the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Program which is part of Procurement. The analyst will be responsible for executing processes using the tools, managing data, and delivering and analyzing reports and solutions to ETPRM and other stakeholders in the platforms.

Fundamental Components:

Support the ETPRM technical roll-out which will include participating in design and solution workshops, revieiwing designs, and overseeing supplier team

Day to day management and support of the Archer Third Party Management Solution as well as other tools as needed

Work with business areas to define and synthesize process requirements, translate requirements to design, implement designs in tools

Work with various tech teams across Aetna to support ETPRM goals and objectives

Support business stakeholders as well as business advisory team in ETPRM by creating and analyzing reports, developing solutions, and collaborating to

solve problems

Run data feed imports and exports to and from various procurement systems

Execute archer campaigns in support of Procurement and business processes

Work with other technology areas to implement system integration between the Third Party Management Solution and upstream/downstream systems

Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders and end users

Maintain the process components of ETPRM / liase with other Risk Domain/Business areas in order to maintain up-to-date processes

Understand the end-to-end third party sourcing and risk management lifecycles at Aetna and implement changes and enhancements to the Third Party

Management module in support

Work with additional stakeholders such as Global Security, Business Continuity, Compliance, Internal Audit, and others to support needs related to the

Third Party Management Solution

Create end-user documentation

Train end-users and power users on how to use the system

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

3-5 years related work experience.

Proven track record meeting project dates.

RSA Archer (preferred)

RSA Archer Certification (preferred)

Tableau (preferred)

Microsoft Office Suite

Supplier Risk Management, or Risk Management, or Procurement;

Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language

Basic knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies

Ability to recognize complex problems vs. objectives and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions, and procedures

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
