Strategic Project Management role focused on Internationals Healthcare Management. Lead strategic initiatives across all areas of HCM - Care Management, Network, Informatics, and Medical Cost Containment
Develops and implements strategic functional plans to achieve overall and regional business goals.
Manage multiple, complex cross-functional projects for all functional areas.
Should be a natural leader who is able to influence change, make decisions with confidence strong solution oriented and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills must be able to clearly understand and communicate the goals of the HCM organization in order to drive our business goals.
Comfortable working across and collaborating with other functional areas, managers and SLT members.
Proactively leads a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction.
Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing healthcare programs, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project.
Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
Obtains financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.
Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team.
Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.

10+ years managed care / health insurance industry experience.
Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.
Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
Past experience includes development of budgets, acting as project lead and directing a team.
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills.
Solid project management skills with at least 7-10 years of strategic project management experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
