This is a full-time position that will report to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy, to define and drive the digital strategy for Aetna International. This is both a strategic and execution role that is responsible for the return on investment and value stream of digital. The candidate is required to maintain a high awareness of industry trends, particularly in regard to digital innovation, accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
Leads digital projects in an non-supervisory manner. Demonstrates ability apply creative digital practices and techniques to drive and deliver business objectives. Demonstrates command of Aetna s brand and digital guidelines and ensures consistent application across assets. Develops proficiency in understanding digital products, concepts, and working to deliver initiatives in an agile methodology. Serves as a center of excellence to the larger organization on digital best practices, including evaluating external third party solutions. Reports on the effectiveness of the digital strategy by identifying and tracking key KPIs and showing performance and business impact against business priorities. An independent leader with strong project management discipline and ability to engage and manage cross-enterprise resources. Leads projects with notable complexity and risk with business area implications. Leads committees or serves as a SME lead on digital initiatives with teams and business partners. Anticipates and solves highly complex problems with broad impact on the business area; develops innovative solutions. Impacts segment, region and function through the execution of business area strategy.
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
6-10 years Digital Marketing or Information technology experience.Experience with using web management tools, HTML desired.Proficient in MS-Office.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent experience.5+ years experience successfully working in a digital team
and managing digital assets,including driving the overall strategy and direction.
