POSITION SUMMARY

Accountable for overall PayFlex business tactical implementation integrating subsequent execution planning and milestones alongside AIS partners (this work effort requires significant background in change management).

Fundamental Components:

Accountable for overall PayFlex business move to Agile integrating subsequent execution planning and milestones alongside AIS partners (this work effort requires significant background in change management) Design the overall Agile program structure including activities, milestones, and budgetary requirements High level review of PayFlexs strategic priorities and investment plans, and suggest refinements to tactical implementation and support the establishment of overall governance structure Assess gaps in the current vs. future state and align on focus areas as part of overall organizations move to Agile Work with PayFlex to prioritize initiatives, identify dependencies, and assign roles and responsibilities to stakeholders Determine key stakeholder groups and frame a communication plan to support overall change associated with moving to Agile and establishing ABX as a key cultural tenant Develop reporting dashboards and set up reporting cadence Develop tactical roadmap for program implementation

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 10+ years managed care / health insurance industry experience.

  • Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.

  • Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.

  • Experience managing large budgets.

  • Project management experience.

  • Supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
