To be the Strategic Account Manager for the key ActiveHealth Management clients with particular focus on supporting customers with our clinical decision support, workflow applications and experience in clinical organization. This position requires a person with strong client relationship and great business acumen skills, plus a consulting experience.

Fundamental Components:

This position requires a person with strong analytic, communication (written and verbal) and consultative skills to work strategically with a key ActiveHealth Management clients. The candidate must be effective in working in a matrix environment within ActiveHealth Management (Clinical Teams, IT, Outcomes, Operations and Sales/Marketing). This person would need to work with all areas of the organization to effectively communicate client needs and clearly and succinctly document possible solutions. Outline and deliver applications and system enhancements. This person needs to have the ability to ask probing questions, propose alternative solutions. This position requires attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. As well as requires the ability to provide guidance, direction and mentoring to a Account Manager responsible for client service. The position reports to the head of the hospital segment.


  • 5+ years of Account Management experience within the health care industry.

  • Previous consulting or project management experience

  • Excellent business acumen

  • Professional communication skills; able to present information to C-Suite and National Client

  • Knowledge of Population Health program, Clinical programs or Medical Claims

  • Proficient skill level with MS Excel and other reporting tools

  • Ability to work directly with clients

  • Ability to work with cross functional team of IT, Clinical and Product members to represent client needs and strategies


    The highest level of education desired/ preferred for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
