The Digital manager will partner with the Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Operations to ensure that all digital projects align to the overall business strategy. The role is focused on leading digital delivery of Aetna International s web and mobile portfolio; and managing all aspects of a digital project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. The key responsibility of this role is to ensure the end state of the project meets business needs and delivers robust customer-focused technology solutions with a line of sight on the optimal customer experience.


Provide visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis through monthly meetings to all stakeholders identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to workflows based on broad view of the organization. Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure project delivery. Actively work with Governance board, to provide insight into prioritizing incoming project requests. Be well versed with creating and reviewing business cases and ROI analysis. Proactively lead a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction.Manage “program/feature dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholdersCollaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.Ensure global and regional markets alignment through robust requirement gathering, project communication to achieve both global and regional goals. Able to clearly represent and champion our digital capabilities to all internal and external audiencesManage third party relationships with technical vendors.Based on stakeholder briefs map out web analytics requirements and support implementation ( includes custom dashboard creation, management etc.).

Background/Experience Desired

Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment. Able to quickly and smoothly change direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines Experience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program. Proven project management skills(Agile) Understand web analytics, user experience concepts, content management (AEM a plus), email, and other digital products. #LI-BR1
