The office of the CTO is looking for a design thinking leader to join the team. This role will be responsible for transforming the approach and enhancing the engagement of all architects in the OCTO. Aetna s Operation and Technology organization is engaging on a new journey in how we collaborate and engage in developing member products and experiences. The candidate will have to understand how to engage with all disciplines of office of the CTO and quickly be engaged in collaborating with peers in multiple organizations on how to incorporate design thinking as part the standard practice within Aetna. The individual will be supported by the executive leadership as they pursue some of the most challenging opportunities for change and inspiration. The role requires a candidate to be a teacher, a leader, and an inspiration for change.
A credentialed design thinking leader to influence a broad team, in time build a squad of design thinking peers who can cooperatively engage and lead architects, program leaders, developers and many more. Design thinking will evolve as an intrinsic voice of change and become an imbedded part of our DevSecOps culture of experience delivery.

12 to 15 years experience in design, digital process development, product design and / or marketing Ability to engage both technology and Business individuals Capability to work within environment with constantly changing priorities Experience working within dependent team ecosystems Leadership through influence in enterprise organizations Structured visual engagement techniques with multiple types of organizations EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
