This position will be a work from home/ local commuting position. All applicants must be commutable to Kenton county KY. Must be licensed in KY.
This position will work with the Aetna Betters Health of KY members who are transitioning from an incarceration environment to the community environment.
Fundamental Components include, but are not limited to:
The position allows direct involvement and management with members who need assistance transitioning back into the community. The member will require someone to help the member holistically. The position requires great communication skills This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the community and reduce recidivism.
2 years experience with psychiatric, substance use disorder, or behavioral health setting required 1 year experience with the local prison industry 1 year experience in Medicaid managed care. (Preferred) Comprehensive knowledge in the challenges that inmates experience Knowledge of the resources available
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

Mental Health/Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required in the state of KY
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCC) in KY
Registered Nurse (RN) in KY
Functional - Communications/Member communications/1-3 Years
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Word/4-6 Years/End User
Telework is a requirement for this position (no physical office location)
Must be commutable in Kenton county
