The Sr. Director envisions and creates differentiated, innovative research strategies for Healthagen, working inpartnership with Healthagen staff and clients, including initial analysis plan development and research content refinement. Ensures successful completion of strategic projects by providing seamless handoffs to and from other Healthagen operating teams. Additional projects will be focused on offering development and will include, but not be limited to, evaluation of innovative strategies and identification of differentiated, foundational Healthagen research capabilities.

Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:

Spearheads refinement of Healthagen research innovation strategy by establishing technical perspective of clients and identifying differentiated, foundational Healthagen capabilities in health economics research and Real World Evidence spaces. Develops informed view of competitive and collaborative landscape in HEOR and RWE fields to support project and strategic opportunities. Architects and creates innovative, detailed, and impactful project designs for Healthagen clients. Works closely with Healthagen business development staff to establish and refine client project requirements, including via direct client interactions. Directly supports efforts of clinical and informatics staff to finalize project approaches and to produce and refine client deliverables. Leverages industry experience to contribute directly to pricing and costing activities. Responsible for leading a cross-functional team whose focus centers on conceptualization, creation and launch of client initiatives. Proactively oversees and evaluates planning activities, builds contingency plans, and executes corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

10+ years of public health, business and/or healthcare management.

Significant innovative business development experience, working at a senior level to lead complex research partnerships with external parties to a successful conclusion.

Knowledge of Disease Management and/ or Clinical trials.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven group presentation skills.

Performance management experience within an metrics driven environment.

Ability to build and manage relationships to secure necessary resources not under direct control. Innovative and strategic mindset with outstanding program execution skills.

Ability to assess return on value of proposed solutions and select option of greatest value.

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and senior client executives, work with cross-functional teams.

Experience in consulting, negotiating and working collaboratively with diverse constituents across the organization.

Additional Job Information:

Master's Degree in Public Health, Business or Healthcare Management strongly preferred.

The locations for this position is New York City, NY or Chicago, IL , office based.
