Medicare Contact Specialist - CRM for Lead Management and Sales Force

Very skilled in excel and carrier website portals. Must know how to manage a CRM for lead management and Sales Force and need to be able to managed lead data for sales leads. And will work with Senior Leadership

Fundamental Components:

Work directly with senior leadership to deliver accurate up to the minute sales data as required. Be able to navigate carrier websites to find up tot the moment data as available. Must be able to manage a CRM to handle all lead data, accurately and manage dispositions for said data.


(*) Appropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold.

(*) Previous (2-4 years) related telemarketing or direct sales experience, preferably with Medicare.

(*) Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentation skills

(*) Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.

(*) Minimum of 1 year recent and related experience in conducting and interpreting quantitative/qualitative analysis.

(*) Experience in a sales environment preferred.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

This candidate must be able to work independently with little attention. They must also have the ability to find solutions independently for a period of time until upper management can assist.
