We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Reporting /Operation Analysis / VB Developer to join our fast-paced team in the Virginia/Chantilly office or in our North Carolina/High Point office to take the role of Sr. Analyst and VBA/dashboard and automation developer.
This position will be responsible for collecting, providing and analyzing data as well as improving processes and tasks using Excel, Excel Macros, VBA, VB.Net, Crystal Reports (XI), SQL and other platforms used to collect, transform, process and automate data.
Creating automated processes using VBA, VB.NET and enhancing existing processes and tasks.
Designing graphs, dashboards and visual management tools using excel, VBA, VB.Net and Xcelsius.
Update and maintain files and datasets using VBA, VB.Net, Macros, XML.
Studying business requirements, developing code, implementing functions and testing automation.
Creating and maintaining files, user and technical documents.
Performing extensive data analysis and evaluations.
Presenting analyses to Sr. Management both verbally and in writing.
5+ years of Business Analytic and Excel/VBA programming experience.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Demonstrated extensive and diverse knowledge of Excel Macros, VBA, VB.Net, XML, SAP Dashboard development or other platforms.
Able to make sound decisions and recommendations to drive business solutions, good business acumen.
Must have very strong communication skills; ability to communicate findings and results of analyses in written and verbal form.
Excellent business acumen skills
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability.
Advanced Excel Macros, VBA, VB.Net, XML programming abilities in data analytics environment, including use of analysis techniques or business intelligence applications.
Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods (SAP, SQL, OLAP, Business Objects, Crystal).
Strong reporting skills using Excel, Access, Word and/or PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of workflows, processes and key performance indicators.
Ability to evaluate/recommend the use of other reporting platforms to solve constituent needs: Business Objects, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.
Proficient experience with Data Mining, Data Queries and Dash Board Reporting.
Tableau experience is preferred.
Xcelius Dashboard deliver experience is preferred.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This is an office based position for either Chantilly, VA or High Point, NC. There is no relocation package.
