POSITION SUMMARY

Adult learning background, training background, Brainshark knowledge, creates and supports Medicare sales training, presentation and overall market strategic approach for the Medicare Line of Business Nationally.

Fundamental Components:

This role will develop, lead and execute Sales Training programs across the IVL Medicare line of business. They will work with multiple matrix'd departments and lead a team of trainers who will help train internal and external sales professionals in the art of selling, portfolio selling and business development/retention.

THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME WORK AT HOME AND CAN BE LOCATED IN ANY STATE.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

A strong background in developing comprehensive training plans, a great familiarity with project planning, remote training software use and staff development.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
