Position requires a person that enjoys helping our members and staff. Opportunity for future growth within the MidSouth Medicare Department.
The position reports to the Director of Sales and supports The Director, two Contact Specialists, and the Broker Managers throughout the MidSouth.
Fast Paced and ever changing environment with minimal travel.
Interacts with staff, independent Brokers and Members on a regular basis.
Candidate will need to assist in daily communications with staff and resolving their issues in a fast paced environment.
Candidate should enjoy detail work and planning events.
Candidate will assist in determining marketing efforts for staff and Brokers.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Office Support/ is desired
Functional - Customer Service/Customer Service - Member Services - Traditional products/1-3 Years
Functional - Information Management/Microsoft Internet Explorer/1-3 Years
Functional - Marketing/Sales support/1-3 Years
